A 9-year-old girl presented with an altered mental status. The computed tomography scan of her head revealed multiple scattered infarcts and a large right temporal lobe infarct. In addition, she was diagnosed with right popliteal and femoral vein thrombosis, bilateral pulmonary embolism, and a transient right radial artery occlusion. The 12-lead electrocardiogram showed lateral ST elevation. Emergent coronary angiogram demonstrated normal coronaries. Echocardiogram showed a large mobile mass attached to the anterolateral free wall with overall normal contractility of the left ventricle. What should be the treatment plan for this patient?
